Guy RASOANAIVO is the representative of FINACTU Group in Central Africa. He holds a Ph.D. in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, Storrs (Uconn) in the USA. He has held numerous positions in the Malagasy financial system and in the insurance sector until acting for 10 years (2000-2009) as the President of SONAPAR, the financial holding of the Malagasy State. Since 2009, he is a Senior Consultant for FINACTU
