Alexis KIGNELMAN - SENIOR CONSULTANT

Alexis Kignelman is a Senior Consultant at FINACTU. He is involved in several major projects in Côte d'Ivoire, particularly with the Caisse Générale de Retraite des Agents de l'État (CGRAE) for the operationalisation and expansion of the supplementary pension product, and the African Investment Fund (AIF) for the implementation of the management model and carrying out the fund's first investments.
Alexis has a decade of experience gained between Africa and Europe, advising clients in the financial sector or as a member of the front, middle and back offices of major financial institutions.
Prior to joining FINACTU, Alexis was a Consultant at Qantara Digital, a strategy consulting firm. Launching it "from scratch" he contributed to the development and successful positioning of Qantara in French-speaking Africa.
Previously, Alexis worked for Citibank in South Africa and Côte d'Ivoire. As a junior banker, he participated in the inception and execution of various transactions (sovereign issues, structured debt, trade finance, cash management, etc.) and led various optimization projects that led to the readjustment of Citibank's regional coverage model in West and Central Africa, in order to accelerate NBI. Alexis has also been: Accounting Manager at Crédit Agricole Assurances in Paris, Senior Consultant then Manager at 2J Associés (acquired by OPTIMIND in 2021) in Paris, Financial Analyst at BOA Capital Securities (BMCE group) in Abidjan, Investment Banking Analyst at Natixis in Paris.
Since 2012, Alexis is a member of the Academy of Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques, a think-tank affiliated to the French Order of Chartered Accountants. He has participated in various workshops and is co-author of several best practice guides on corporate governance.
Alexis holds a Higher Diploma of Accounting and Management (DSCG) and a Specialized Master in International Financial Analysis from NEOMA Business School.
Alexis is French-Ivorian and lives in Abidjan.
